How pricing works
Thrive uses equity-based pricing: your rate depends on your circumstances, not the coaching you receive. Every tier gets the same coach, the same care, and the same 90-minute session.
We don't ask for proof, and we don't need a form. You choose the rate that honestly describes your situation. The guidance below is there to help you land on the right one — it's a description, not a gatekeeping test.
Coaching has historically been out of reach for a lot of queer people, especially alongside the extra financial precarity that can come with transition, discrimination, or job insecurity. We want that to be different here. At the same time, we're a small practice, not a charity — rates that are too low aren't sustainable, and an unsustainable practice helps no one. This model works because people choose it honestly.
1:1 coaching
All sessions are 90 minutes and delivered remotely as standard. Your free Chemistry Call (30 minutes) doesn't count as a session — and it's the right place to land on your tier together, if you're not sure.
NHS and emergency services workers: 10% off. If you work for the NHS, the police, a fire and rescue service or an ambulance service, book your Chemistry Call with your work email and we'll take 10% off your sessions or package at the Standard, Full or Sustaining rate. No work email? Just ask us.
Session packages
Most clients find that a short run of sessions — rather than booking one at a time — is what makes the work land. The package price follows your tier.
Instalments are available on the package — just let us know when you book, no interest or admin fee.

Questions
Is there a waitlist if Tier 1 is full?
Yes. Message us at info@thriveinclusivecoaching.co.uk and we'll let you know as soon as a Tier 1 slot opens up.
What if my circumstances change partway through a package?
Tell us and we'll adjust your rate from that point on.
Can I reschedule or cancel a session?
Yes, with at least 48 hours' notice, at no charge.
Can I get an invoice for my employer to reimburse or pay directly?
Yes. This is common for Tier 4 clients whose employer is contributing to or funding their coaching. Let us know when you book and we'll set it up.
Do you check or ask for proof of which tier I qualify for?
No. We don't ask for proof; we believe that coaching works on trust. That trust extends to our pricing: you choose the rate that honestly describes your situation.
Who counts for the NHS and emergency services discount?
Anyone working for the NHS (including NHS Scotland, NHS Wales and Health and Social Care in Northern Ireland), a UK police force, a fire and rescue service or an ambulance service. Book or sign up with your work email and we'll take 10% off. It applies to coaching at the Standard, Full and Sustaining rates, and to all self-study modules. It doesn't apply to the Community rate, which is already our lowest price.
