A queer coaching practice

We coach queer professionals through real work challenges.

Thrive offers 1:1 and self-guided coaching built around the workplace, not general life coaching and not therapy. Delivered remotely, wherever you are in the UK.

Priced equitably, so cost isn't the barrier. See how pricing works →

This is common. You're not alone.

This isn't a rare experience. Recent UK research shows why coaching built for the workplace matters:

39%

of LGBTQ+ employees in the UK still feel they need to hide who they are at work.

Source: Stonewall UK

47%

of UK LGBTQ+ employees have faced discrimination or prejudice at work because of their sexuality or gender identity.

Source: Randstad UK

31%

of LGBTQ+ employees would not feel comfortable reporting discrimination if it happened to them.

Source: Stonewall UK

These numbers aren't here to alarm you. They're the shared reality behind Thrive's work, and most queer professionals will recognise at least one of them from their own working life. If this sounds familiar, you're not alone, and you don't have to work through it on your own.

A journey, not a fixed menu.

Everyone starts somewhere different. These five scenarios shape the coaching journey, so you can pick up wherever fits your situation right now.

01

Foundations

Building safety, identity and self-trust as your starting point.

02

Entering the Workplace

Practical support for early career navigation and your first steps.

03

Living Authentically

More alignment between who you are and how you show up at work.

04

Burnout and Minority Stress

Repair, boundaries and recovery when the cost has been too high.

05

Hostile Environments

Grounded, practical support when your workplace is genuinely difficult.

You don't need all five. Most clients focus on the one scenario that matches where they are right now. You can always add another later if your situation changes. Can't see quite what you need? Book a Chemistry Call and we'll design a package around you.

One path. No guesswork.

A clear, simple route from your first message to ongoing coaching. No ambiguity about what happens next.

Coaching priced so cost isn't the barrier.

Thrive uses equity-based pricing. That means different circumstances get different rates, but the coaching itself is exactly the same at every rate.

If you have more resource, your rate helps make coaching possible for someone who has less. Four rates run from £55 to £180 per session, so there's likely one that's honest for your circumstances.

NHS and emergency services workers get 10% off. Sign up or book with your work email and we'll apply it for you, on self-study and on coaching at the Standard rate and above. How it works.
